How it Works - Customised Templates
So. You've decided on the template that you want from the Customised Templates page or from the websites VideoHive or RevoStock.
Now what happens?
If the template you want is on this site then there will be an 'Add to Cart' link next to it. All you have to do is click on the link to purchase. Make sure you also add any music you require to your cart.
If the template you require is from VideoHive or RevoStock then you have two options. You can either buy the template yourself and send it to us, or send us the link and we will purchase it on your behalf. Once we know which template you want we will be able to provide you with a cost for your completed video. The cost will vary depending on the amount of work involved in customising your template.
If you would like a no obligation quote before buying then just send us a link to the template using the 'Contact Us' form and we'll get back to you with all the details as soon as possible.
Once payment has been received you will be sent an email with a short questionnaire related to your template. This will enable us to tailor your video to your requirements and make sure you are happy with your final product. There will also be information on how to provide us with the necessary files to customise your template.
Once we have received payment, your completed questionnaire and your chosen files we will set about creating your video. As a guide, expect one week for completion of your video. If you need your video sooner please let us know. We'll do whatever we can to get it to you quicker, but depending on our current workload there may be an additional charge for this service. We will always agree this with you though, prior to going ahead.
Before we post you your video it will be uploaded to a secure, password protected file hosting site for your approval. Only when you are happy with the final article will it be rendered in full resolution and available for download.
